    I’ll teach you the methods and habits that will supercharge your goals and how mindset is key to your success. You will be able to crystallize your goals and decide which ones are right for you. You’ll be able to achieve your goals, better health and a better life balance. You’ll have my support and guidance every step of the way as you implement simple changes for life-long success!     One-on-One Coaching

  • Here’s what you can expect when we work together:
  • First we begin with a 15-minute consultation where I will find out more about you and your health goals and how we can work together.
  • *The consultation is $50 and payment is required upon scheduling. If, after the consult, you decide to enroll in my 6-Month One-on-One Program the $50 will be applied toward your registration.
  • 6-Month One-on-One Program

  • Once you enroll in the 6-Month One-on-One Program, you fill out a health history form and schedule our first coaching session. In the first 30-minute session you’ll share with me what your challenges are and together we’ll set the goals you’d like to accomplish over the course of our 6 months of working together.
  • Each month of the Program, you will receive two 30-minute one-on-one laser coaching sessions. We’ll cover a range of topics that will help move you toward your ultimate health and wellness goals.
  • You’ll receive loads of information, recipes and personalized recommendations that fit with your busy lifestyle. And, you’ll come away with 2-3 action steps to implement between our sessions In between sessions you can email me any questions or concerns you have.
  • Sessions are held via phone, Skype or Zoom
  • 6 monthly payments of $450
  • Or save $250 when you pay in full ($2,450)
