Easy Waldorf Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 golden delicious apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon tamari roasted sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 1 celery stalk, sliced or diced
  • A few pinches of sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons your favorite healthy mayo

Instructions:

Mix everything together and enjoy! Or chill before serving.

Feel free to mix it up by using scallions, walnuts, dried cranberries, chopped parsley or watercress, different types of apples.

You can also replace the mayo with raspberry vinaigrette or a honey mustard type of dressing.
