Hibiscus Sun Tea Cooler

  • 1 small (about 2 cups) glass mason jar with lid
  • 1 hibiscus tea bag
  • Spring or filtered water

Extras: Orange segments, cinnamon, cloves, maple syrup or liquid stevia, ice cubes, red raspberries, pretty straw


Place the tea bag in the mason jar and fill with water.  Cover with lid and place in a sunny spot outside.  Let the tea steep all day.

To serve, add orange segments, a dash of cinnamon, a pinch of cloves, sweetener to taste if desired, ice cubes and red raspberries.  Place a pretty straw into the jar and you are ready for delicious refreshment!
