Here is an easy and delicious recipe that you can make as a quick after-school snack.

Raw Chili Lime Carrot "Fries"

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds carrots, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch sticks
  • Juice of 1 1/2 limes
  • Chili powder to taste
  • Sea salt to taste

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in a bowl and toss together. Serve with your favorite dip.
